Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Return request is accepted within 5 days after the delivery of the order.

You can initiate a return directly from your account after logging in, or connect with us via WhatsApp on +91-9823181933 or email to pehraawboutique@gmail.com.

Eligibility - To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the below conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received.
  • In the same packaging so as to assure that the product doesn't get damaged in-transit back to us.
  • Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including but not limited to tags, gift cards, boxes etc.
  • Any Free gifts received with the order needs to be returned as well.

Return Shipment - We will arrange for a courier to pick up the merchandise from your place. In rare cases that our courier cannot pickup from your address, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.

Refund - The refund process for your order will be initiated once the return/exchange has been delivered to us, product is quality checked and found to be valid for return/exchange. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchange - For exchange orders, you are requested to place a new order on the website. If you choose a product of lower price range, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method. If you choose a product of higher amount, the difference is to be paid upfront, without which the exchange product will not be shipped.

No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted for the following items:

  • Custom made product(s) personalized to your requirement.
  • Bulk order for any product is not eligible for return.
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale events.
  • Product(s) which is/are specifically mentioned 'Not Eligible' for return/exchange.
  • Products that are made to order (labelled as tailored for you or pre-order or customized) are not eligible for return / exchange either.

Rules can be changed as and when required.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Pehraaw and accept the decision regarding the return/exchange.


CANCELLATION POLICY

In case you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us via WhatsApp on +91-9823181933 or email to pehraawboutique@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Beyond that we would not be able to cancel the order and process a refund.

Kindly be aware that a payment processing fees of 2.5% of the transaction amount will be levied on cancelled orders. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Pehraaw and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.

Request you to avoid impulsive orders!


CANCELLATIONS BY PEHRAAW

Kindly be aware that there might be certain orders which we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include - limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your card. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Pehraaw and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.


DAMAGES

All our orders are properly Quality Checked before dispatch. In case, the item is found defective, damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will get the product replaced free of cost within India.

Kindly note, we might request you for a Parcel Opening video without hold & pause. Please ensure you make a Parcel Opening Video to avoid rejections of return or exchange requests.
