    Dispatch Timeline

    Our dispatch timelines vary based on product type:

    Ready to Dispatch Products: Dispatched within 2 working days

    Customized/Made to Order Products: Dispatched within 15 working days or more, depending on product quantity and work intricacy. The timeline may reduce if the product becomes available sooner. Once your customized product is ready to dispatch, you will be informed via WhatsApp, call, or email.

    Mixed Orders: If your order contains both Ready to Dispatch and Customized products, the entire order will be dispatched together once all items are ready.

    Delivery Timeline

    Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7-8 business days depending on your location. Metro cities receive faster delivery compared to remote locations. We partner with reputed courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery of your products.

    Stock Availability

    In case of any delay in dispatch due to stock unavailability, we will contact you via email or phone. You may choose to:

    • Wait for the product to be restocked
    • Select alternate products
    • Request a refund to your original payment method

    We currently accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.
